It might sound crazy, but I think marketing can be used to change the world, and I am trying to do that with my work every day.

My biggest marketing campaign at the time for a better world is called Crush Movement. I want you to be part of it.

What you will not get here?

Marketing annual calendars (in Finland we call it "vuosikello", annual clock).

"5 tips" of anything written by AI.

Copy-paste ideas.

Basic shit.*

How will this help you then if there are no copy-paste ideas?

As a strategist, I like formulas and plans, but to get the best results, you can not copy someone else's formula.

I might share some processes and plans, but more importantly, I will give my best tips on how to customize them.

B2C, B2B, B2B2C, H2H, SAAS, CPG, AI, WEB3, USA, EU - I've done it.

With over 20 years of experience working with Fortune 100 companies and startups, and testing a lot of my ideas, I know what it takes to stand out and drive real business growth.

I worked with large brands in the US, my customers included brands like Colgate, CoverGirl, Hershey, Philips, and many more, and I received seven American Advertising Awards from my work.

One of the nicknames my customers have given me is the "CEO whisperer," and I like it much better than "marketing guru" (ew).

My work has taken me all around the world, especially when I was growing this site, Skimbaco Lifestyle.

I returned to my home country Finland eight years ago, and I realized I think about marketing very differently than what most companies here do.

Now, with over 8 years of experience in Finland, I understand better the mindset, the challenges, and the reasons why many Finnish companies are not receiving the results they are after.

At the same time, I've learned to work less, enjoy nature walks more, and above all, I dove deep into why Finland is one of the top countries in the world for happiness and equal human rights.

In my posts, I’ll share more actionable marketing tips and introduce you to three of my programs:

I wrote a book with my best friend a few years ago.

I am also in the process of writing my first novel. It's about time to get back to writing my blog too.

*saying "shit" and calling something "basic" is just to weed out those whom my posts might not be for.

Maybe it's also a reminder for me: "Don't write some basic shit."
