The Most Undervalued Power in Business: Feminine Energy

Your intuition, emotions, creativity, magnetism, vulnerability, stillness, and the ability to turn inward are the quiet power that moves mountains.

What if your next business evolution isn't about doing more, but being more of yourself?

Listen to the healing message.

This is a channeled message from the Divine Feminine Council, received through me to help you expand your perspective and see your business from a deeper truth. These messages aren’t practiced or scripted. They come through love, for the exact moment you are in. Let yourself be curious. Let yourself receive and listen now.

Most women I meet in business are masters at doing, strategizing, achieving, and analyzing. They are the doers, and their masculine side is shining. But that strength has also exhausted them and it has become a shield protecting them from their feminine power.

I’m not talking about your looks, but about the feminine side you carry within you: your intuition, emotions, creativity, magnetism, vulnerability, stillness, and the ability to turn inward:

The quiet power that moves mountains just by being you.

We’ve been taught to build empires through effort. But effort alone burns out even the strongest women. This is how the business world still strongly moves forward. Idolizing the masculine aspects and ignoring the feminine ones.

Yet, more and more women are awakening to this truth and it is women who will create the change. But first, we need to unleash the feminine energy within us - the energy that transforms and balances the business world.

A Different Way of Leading - be who you truly are

The first time I witnessed what true feminine leadership could look like changed me.

At that point, I had been in the business world for over ten years, and my manager was the first senior woman who was embracing her feminine energy in the business world.

Her heart was open, and she nurtured and protected her team, used her intuition a lot in decision-making, showed her emotions in front of everyone, and many times I saw her wiping her tears in meetings. She was creative and sometimes even chaotic. She was not ashamed of crying in front of us or her manager, who was a man (and able to hold her emotions).

When she left the company, I thanked her for being an example for me. Because she truly opened my eyes, left a big, feminine mark on me, and because of her, my feminine energy started taking its first steps to open in the business world.

I realized how much I had been hiding my feminine side, which had its costs:

  • Relying on an analytical mind made me ignore my intuition and inner voice fully, also in my private life. Now, my intuition is my biggest asset.
  • All the built-up emotions from the workday would burst out when I got home from work. Sometime after work, I felt like a mess. Now, I show my emotions in business settings, and don’t allow them to build up.
  • Constant doing was exhausting me and my body, and causing panic attacks and severe period pain. Now, I take more breaks, meditate during my workday, slow down, and cycle sync.

Nowadays, my feminine energy is strong and flowing; yet opening it is a journey we walk throughout our entire lives. It has asked for a lot of stillness from me to open to this point. And that’s the thing — feminine energy doesn’t open through effort; it opens through being and seeing who you truly are.

That’s the kind of connection I want other women to feel, too.

Returning to Remember Her

Imagine leading your business from that space, not from just doing and striving, but from the state where your intuition guides your business strategy, your vulnerability becomes your strength, your emotions flow naturally and your grounded presence speaks louder than your business pitch. Imagine having your entire business be aligned with who you truly are: your being.

  • Clients get magnetized by you.
  • Your holistic wellbeing increases.
  • You no longer prove your worth; you finally embody it.

When you allow your feminine side to move alongside your masculine side in business, you use your energy more sustainably, soften your rhythm to better fit your wellbeing, allow your intuition to lead, and open yourself to receive more money, clients, and opportunities.

You don't need to become someone new, you need to stop hiding the woman who has been there all along, and reconnect with the depths of who you truly are.
