The first time someone suggested to me “Katja, you should have your own conference” over 15 years ago, I knew I would never do it alone.

It’s been one of my professional highlights to build Crush Event, and I’m so thankful Anna did it with me.

When Anna decided to step down from Crush as a co-founder, I was facing many questions.

Should I quit?

What should I do?

How am I going to do it all alone?

Those were all the wrong questions.

Crush was never about me, or what I could accomplish (or not).

Crush has always been about all of us and for all of us.

Suddenly, I wasn’t that worried.

I mean, when was the last time you looked in the mirror? You’re pretty amazing.

And so is the rest of our community.

I’m not alone, and I know that as long as I dedicate my time and effort to supporting you, Crush Movement just keeps getting stronger and stronger.

My daughter Isabella Presnal, who has been part of our team since the beginning, will have a larger role in the event production.

We have new partnerships in sight.

Crush event will happen on 14.5.2025.

And we will speak up, clap, roar, laugh, cry, dance, and sit in silence and awe again at the Helsinki Stock Exchange Building.

The biggest change this year will be that in addition to our annual event, we will have all year-round programs and workshops, starting as soon as February.

We continue amplifying especially women’s voices and helping to grow as people, leaders, and businesses - and now even in more concrete ways.

Crush Movement will grow, and I want you to be part of the movement with me.
